Payment and Delivery Methods

• Cash on Delivery: Our service area covers Dubai and its surrounding regions. The delivery driver will directly bring your items to your doorstep.
• Special Note: As our warehouse is located in Dubai, we offer free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. For deliveries to more distant areas such as Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Ras Al – Khaimah, an additional delivery fee of 30 dirhams will be charged.

Order Confirmation and Contact

After placing an order, our delivery staff will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the order details and ensure that you receive the goods you’ve ordered. Once confirmed, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible. Same – day delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

• Special Note: For some large or special items, you may need to pick them up at the warehouse, and we will notify you in advance.

• Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within approximately 1 – 4 working days, and the specific time depends on your location.

Return and Exchange Policy
